We accept returns on unworn or unused items with the exception of custom pieces, custom mala necklaces and chakra hangings.

Returns have to be sent back within 14 days of receipt to receive a refund otherwise a store credit will be issued. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
If the item(s) and packaging materials are not returned in their original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value and will receive a prorated credit. If the item(s) are returned in perfect condition along with all packing materials, you'll be issued a full refund to your original payment method less the initial shipping cost. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing of your refund.
If you are returning an order that included a free gift(s) with purchase, we require that the free gift(s) is returned as well. If the free gift(s) is not returned with the order then we will adjust the return amount in retail dollars of the gift(s).

Items must be received back to us in the original packaging and condition. Unless otherwise noted our lead time to process orders time is 3-5 business days not including weekends. This does not include shipping time. Estimated delivery times for US based customers are as follows:

Non US customer orders are shipping via USPS International Package Service. Delivery typically takes 6-10 days but it can be longer. We are unable to track packages for non US customers. Jewelry that is gold fill or sterling silver is the most durable and long lasting. Just like plated jewelry it is still best to store them in a dry area away from sprays, oil and other elements. Avoid exposing plated jewelry to water, perspiration, sprays, oils, lotions, and tanning products. These are known to tarnish jewelry faster. Each one of us is unique and your personal body chemistry + PH levels can affect how quickly plated jewelry will wear or tarnish.
Clean your gold filled jewelry with warm water and pat dry with a soft cloth, never rub. Polish your sterling jewelry with a jewelry cloth when needed.
Most of our chains are delicate and beautiful but care must be taken to not stretch, yank or pull on them. We recommend never sleeping in any jewelry as it can snag and cause damage. Our beaded bracelets are made with high quality stretch cord but care must be taken to not over stretch or snag them as they are not impervious to breaking.

We do offer repairs on jewelry purchased for up to one month after delivery. The repair cost will vary based on the repair needed. The customer is also responsible for paying for return and outgoing shipping of the repaired item. Please contact us at email@example.com to initiate a repair request.
