How does the subscription work?
You choose your subscription and have complete control over it! Subscribe month to month at $39 or save and prepay for 6 months and save 5% per month or 12 months and save 10% per month.

What is included with my monthly box?
Each month you'll receive a box-exclusive piece of Fierce Forward Jewelry, a booklet to review that month's theme, a link to an online PDF Growth Guide with journal prompts along with a motivational postcard and sticker.
What type of jewelry will I receive?
Each box will include either a bracelet, necklace or pair of earrings. Every jewelry piece is handmade in Arizona and exclusive to that month's box. Meaning, it won't be available anywhere else!
What if I need to pause my subscription?
You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time.
Can I select my bracelet & necklace sizes?
Please select your preferred necklace length & bracelet size in the drop-down menus.
When does the box ship each month?
All boxes ship the 1st week of the month. You'll receive a shipping email to track your box.
What if I order other items at the same time as the box?
If you order other items at the same time it will ship with your subscription box. If you would like to receive it separately and before your box ships, please purchase separately.
What is the shipping cost?
United States shipping is free. Canadian & International shipping will vary depending on your location. Once you add box to cart and input your location, you'll see your shipping rate.

This is a subscription box that offers month to month or 6 or 12 month prepay options. At the moment there is not an option to purchase one bo
What if I have allergies to certain types of metals?
The metal jewelry will be vary from gold fill, sterling silver and plated depending on the piece. If you have allergies you can give your metal jewelry as a gift and enjoy the rest of the box!
When will I be billed each month?
You'll be billed for your monthly box the day you signup. Your billing day will be the same every month from there. If for example, you signup for your first box on April 15th, you'll receive the May box. The next billing date will be the 15th of May.
What is your refund/return/cancellation policy?
You can cancel your box subscription at anytime. All you have to do is login to your membership area and cancel. We do not take returns or issue refunds for cancelled subscriptions. Cancelling your subscription will apply to all upcoming boxes.
