Each month you'll receive a box-exclusive piece of jewelry, a crystal, a mystery item supporting another maker, an inspirational sticker and a Growth Guide with journal prompts & action steps to keep you inspired and moving forward each month!

Can I buy just one box?

This is a subscription box that offers month to month or 6 or 12 month prepay options. At the moment there is not an option to purchase one box.

What is shipping cost?

Shipping is free within the US. Canada & International shipping will vary depending on location, you can see cost of shipping in your cart when you input your address.

When does the box ship each month & how long will it take to receive my box?

Boxes ship the 1st week of every month! You'll receive an email with a USPS tracking number to be able to track your box. We ship from Tempe, Arizona and most usps shipping will take 3-7 business days depending on your distance from ship location. International boxes can take 7-10+ days to ship. Please allow extra time due to Covid delays at USPS.

What type of jewelry will I receive?

Each box will vary from a bracelet, necklace or pair of earrings. Every jewelry piece is handmade in Tempe, Arizona and exclusive to that month's box. Meaning, it won't be available anywhere else.

What if I have allergies to certain types of metals?

In each box you'll receive a bracelet, a necklace or pair of earrings. Most jewelry will be plated. If you have allergies you can give your metal jewelry as a gift and enjoy the rest of the box contents!

When will I be billed each month?

You'll be billed for your monthly box the day you signup. Every month from there it will be the same billing day for you. For example, when you signup for your first box on June 15th, you'll receive the July box in early July. The next billing date will be the 15th of July.

What is your refund/return/cancellation policy?

You can cancel your box subscription at anytime. All you have to do is login to your membership area and cancel. All boxes and products are final sale. We believe in the quality of our product, if anything is ever damaged, please email us at customercare@fierceforwardjewelry.com
