RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All qualifying returns must be sent back to Fierce Forward Jewelry in the original packaging and condition within 7 days of the date your shipment is received. 

Please note: All sale and custom items as well as the 7 Chakra Hanger are final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Any items not returned in their original condition will not be eligible for refund or replacement. 

You will receive a refund less original shipping fees once your returned item is received. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing of your refund. 

If you are returning an order that included a free gift(s) with purchase, we require that the free gift(s) is returned as well. If the free gift(s) is not returned with the order then we will adjust the return amount in retail dollars of the gift(s). 

For exchanges, please contact us at customercare@fierceforwardjewelry.com within 7 days from receiving your package. Unworn or unused regularly-priced Items must be received back to us in the original packaging and condition. Please allow 5-7 business days after the package has been delivered back to FFJ to complete the exchange process. If there is a price difference between the item being returned compared to the requested exchange item, the customer will be responsible for the difference. If there is a credit due to the customer, that credit will be applied to the original form of payment back to the customer. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as outgoing shipping costs on replacement orders. 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Unless otherwise noted our current production time is 3-5 business days not including weekends. This does not include shipping time. Estimated delivery times for US based customers are as follows:

USPS First Class standard shipping: 2-5 days.  

USPS Priority shipping: 2-3 days. 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking. Once your package is dispatched, we are no longer responsible for packages in transit.

Please make sure your shipping address Is correct. If your order has been shipped to the incorrect address, I cannot retrieve it once it's in the hands of the USPS. If your order has been returned to us due to providing an incorrect address, customer is responsible for purchasing shipping to resend the order to the corrected address. We are not responsible for items being delivered to the wrong address provided by buyer.

If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office. They will assist you in recovering or refunding you for the lost package.

Non US customer orders are shipping via USPS International Package Service. Delivery typically takes 6-10 days but it can be longer. We are unable to track packages for non US customers. International customers are responsible for any import taxes and duties. We are are not responsible for any delays that may occur in customs. ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

After your order is placed, changes + cancellations must be made within 24 hours (not including weekends). Changes requested outside of 24 hours cannot be made as your order is already in the hands of our production team. Please contact our customer service team to make a change or cancellation. 

THE TRACKING NUMBER SHOWS MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT


We recommend shipping to a secure, attended location and making sure your address is entered correctly when you place your order. If your order has been shipped to the incorrect address, we cannot retrieve it once it's in the hands of the USPS. If your order has been returned to us due to providing an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for purchasing shipping to resend the order to the corrected address. We are not responsible for items being delivered to the wrong address provided by the buyer.

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY


All fine metals tarnish with time. We recommend storing your jewelry in a dry area (not your bathroom). Jewelry will require regular cleaning as with any sterling silver or gold jewelry, it will tarnish and appear darker over time. I suggest using a jewelry polishing cloth or fine jewelry cleaner. For silver and gold plated items as well as gemstones, refrain from showering, sweating on, swimming or using hairspray, lotion or perfume on the item as it can cause discoloration and tarnish. 

My beaded bracelets are made with high quality stretch cord but care must be taken to not over stretch or snag them as they are not impervious to breaking.

The better you treat your jewelry the longer it will last and maintain it's beauty. I am not able to provide any reimbursement or will accept returns for jewelry that has been broken, damaged, tarnished or worn out after it has been received. WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
 

We do our best to ensure your order arrives safe and sound. If your item arrives damaged please email us at customercare@fierceforwardjewelry.com.

JEWELRY REPAIRS

We do offer product repairs on items purchased for up to one month after delivery. The repair cost will vary based on the repair needed. The customer is also responsible for paying for return and outgoing shipping of the repaired item. Please contact our customer service at customercare@fierceforwardjewelry.com to initiate a repair request.
